Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Pasture plan is free forever. You can also start a 30-day Pro trial with any plan — no card required until you choose to continue with a paid plan.
What happens when I hit my animal limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing records are never deleted — you just won't be able to add new animals until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans cancel at the end of the annual period. No cancellation fees.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, on all plans. Records are stored locally and sync when you're back in range. You can log calvings, treatments, and other events with no signal at all.
How many users can I add to a farm?
Pasture and Starter include 1 user. Standard includes up to 3. Pro includes unlimited users — all sharing the same farm data.
Can I switch plans later?
