Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find clear instructions on how to delete your Calf Tracker Pro account and what to expect during the process.

Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your account or data. To permanently remove your account and all associated data, you must follow the deletion process described below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app or from the web dashboard. Choose the method that's easiest for you:

Option 1: From the Mobile App

  1. Open Calf Tracker Pro on your device.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation or from the home screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the information about what will happen to your data.
  5. Check the acknowledgment box confirming you understand the process.
  6. Tap Request Account Deletion to begin the process.

Option 2: From the Web Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account at the web dashboard.
  2. Click Delete Account in the sidebar navigation.
  3. Read the information about what will happen to your data.
  4. Check the acknowledgment box confirming you understand the process.
  5. Click Request Account Deletion to begin the process.

Option 3: Contact Support

If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by emailing Thomasdevgroup26@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your username or the email on file, and our team will initiate the process on your behalf.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Account deletion follows a 60-day hold period to protect you from accidental or unauthorized deletion. Here's the timeline:

Day 0 — Deletion Requested

Your account is immediately deactivated. You will be signed out and will no longer be able to log in. Your data is preserved but inaccessible.

Days 1–60 — Hold Period

Your account and data remain intact but dormant. During this window, a farm administrator on your farm can cancel the deletion request and restore your access. If you change your mind, contact support or ask your farm administrator to cancel.

After Day 60 — Permanent Deletion

Your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted. This cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted after the 60-day hold period, the following data is removed:

If you are the only user on your farm, the following farm data is also permanently deleted:

Multi-user farms: If your farm has other active users, the farm data (animals, records, etc.) is preserved for the remaining users. Only your personal user profile and login credentials are removed.

How to Cancel a Pending Deletion

If you change your mind during the 60-day hold period, there are two ways to cancel:

Once the 60-day hold period has passed, the deletion is final and cannot be reversed.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription. To avoid further charges:

  1. Before requesting deletion, go to the Subscription page in the app or web dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Cancel your subscription in the Stripe portal.
  4. Then return to the app or dashboard and request account deletion.

If you forget to cancel your subscription before deletion, contact Thomasdevgroup26@gmail.com and we will assist you with cancellation and any applicable refunds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does uninstalling the app delete my data?

No. Uninstalling the app only removes it from your device. Your account and data remain on our servers until you follow the deletion process above.

Can I download my data before deleting?

Yes. Before requesting deletion, use the Data Export feature in the app or web dashboard to download your records as CSV files.

How long does it take?

Your account is deactivated immediately upon request. Permanent deletion occurs automatically after 60 days.

What if I want to come back?

During the 60-day hold period, your account can be restored. After permanent deletion, you would need to create a new account and your previous data cannot be recovered.

I can't log in to request deletion. What do I do?

Email Thomasdevgroup26@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we will process the request for you.
